What is the Leadership Excellence Academy?
The Leadership Excellence Academy, beginning June 5, 2025, is a one-year online program designed to help current and aspiring leaders build practical skills in communication, conflict resolution, team building, and more. With weekly two-hour Zoom sessions, participants will gain expert guidance from experienced facilitators and connect with professionals across the local business community. Topics include organizational leadership, project management, LEAN fundamentals, and HR basics. Space is limited to 25 participants, and registration closes April 25. Funding assistance may be available through ARIZONA@WORK.
